I have been offering Journey processes since 2003 and have gradually built-up my business in Colchester by personal referrals and word-of-mouth. I specialise in helping people to take control of their lives, so that they receive the long-term benefits of having a Journey process with me.

My consulting room is located in my purpose-built Garden Room in Lexden, Colchester, which is within one mile of the A12. With a peaceful, calm and quiet atmosphere, it is the perfect setting for having a Journey process. I work with any deep-seated issue and clients of all ages, the youngest so far being five years old. If a client's mobility is a problem, I am very happy to travel to their home.

In 1998, I graduated as a physiotherapist from Manchester University and soon realised that many clients need more than just physical help. This made me search for more answers and in New Zealand, I found The Journey. As soon as I completed my first Journey Intensive, I knew my life had changed forever. From a life of insecurity, paranoia and fear, I started to discover where this had come from and began to deal with it - really deal with it - and became freer to enjoy my life in the way I wanted.

The Journey gave me so much personally that I trained to become a Journey therapist and then returned to the UK to set up my own practice. In addition to offering physiotherapy and Journeywork, I work as a Bowen therapist. I am also CRB-checked.
